Zucchini stuffed with sausage

Ingredients:

4 zucchinis halved
1 cup of chopped white mushrooms
1 pound of sausage, peeled
1 tomato
Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375. Add mushrooms and sausage into food processor and process until thoroughly mixed up. Spoon the middle out of the halved zucchinis. Fill the empty zucchini halves with mushroom/sausage mixture.

Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes until juices appear.
Remove from the oven.
Thinly slice tomatoes and put tomato slices on top of the stuffed zucchinis. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven and broil for 10 more minutes.
